Kristina Czura is an Assistant Professor at the University of Groningen. Her research focuses on development economics in general, and in particular, on the nexus of financial product design in microfinance, vulnerability and risk coping, and borrower and client welfare. She is especially interested in how households use microfinancial products to cope with adverse income shocks and how such products should be designed to meet microfinance clients' needs.
