ISTANBUL Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday told Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi that it was necessary to limit Russian oil exports. The two also discussed sanctions against Russia and agreed to plan a meeting at the upcoming UN General Assembly in September, according to the Ukrainian president.
