Singapore's key exports fall 11.3% in August, weaker than forecast

A Reuters poll had forecast that Singapore's key exports would rise 1 per cent year-on-year in August.  Singapore's non-oil domestic exports fell 11.3 per cent year-on-year in August, weaker than analysts' estimates as exports of both electronics and non-electronics fell. The fall compared with a Reuters poll forecast for an annual rise of 1 per cent, and followed a revised fall of 4.7 per cent in July.
