A 27-year-old woman says she has to eat six meals a day, and snack in between meals, to keep her trim figure. Britt Lefevre says she has to eat a lot as she is “always hungry”, which isn’t surprising as she works out at least two hours a day, six times a week. Britt said: “People think I live off lettuce and air, but I train like an athlete. I eat around six meals a day and I’m always hungry, so I plan around it.
