Birmingham City Council leader 'keen to get resolution' to city's bin strikes

Birmingham City Council Leader, Councillor John Cotton, has told Sky's Shamaan Freeman-Powell he is "keen to get a resolution to the dispute", as the city deals with an ongoing bin strike.
