At least six people have been killed and several others injured in a shooting on the outskirts of Jerusalem. Israeli police confirmed that two gunmen have been "neutralised". Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the site of the attack at a bus stop near Ramot Junction. Blake Sifton reports.
