A manhunt has been launched for an accidentally released asylum seeker, Hadush Kebatu, who was jailed for 12 months earlier this year after he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl and a woman in Epping. At a press conference, Commander James Conway of the Met Police said Kebatu has "made a number of train journeys" across London since his release.
