Jill Scott has lined up a sprawling tour in support of her new album, To Whom This May Concern . Scott will play shows across the United States from the beginning of June through September—including multiple nights each in Nashville, D.C., Atlanta, New York, Oakland, Los Angeles, Chicago, and her hometown of Philadelphia.
