A Sainsbury's store manager who was left off a social media post has won £12,000 after feeling "excluded". Darren Cooper had been on leave for anxiety when his regional director uploaded a post for International Men's Day. The post celebrated male leaders who "all show up for work each day, put on a name badge and provide support, guidance and leadership". Cooper, when he saw that he was not included, said he felt "excluded, humiliated and violated", an employment tribunal in Cardiff heard. The
