The overall objective of the call for proposals is to strengthen CSOs as independent actors in good governance and development, as well as in the promotion and protection of human rights and the rule of law. To achieve this objective, the call seeks actions that contribute to strengthening the capacities of CSOs, promoting their informed, inclusive and constructive participation in the implementation and monitoring of public actions, policies, plans and programmes in three priority areas (
