On March 10 in South Africa 's Western Cape province, a gray vehicle pulled up outside a house in the Rocklands neighborhood of Mitchells Plain.  Masked men got out, walked inside and open fire, leaving three people dead and a 15-year-old girl injured.  By the time police responded to the shooting the suspects were long gone, according to local media reports.
