Hero risks his life to rescue dog in frozen lake

A local hero saved a Golden Retriever stranded on a frozen lake. The rescuer lay on a rubber float to reach the stranded dog, half-submerged in the freezing water in China. The dog was reportedly taken to a nearby vet to check if it was okay and found that it did not sustain any injuries from the incident.
