A four-month-old Yorkshire Terrier from Loretto, Ont., is making a big impression, and possibly breaking records, thanks to her tiny frame. Lulu stands just three inches tall and weighs less than one pound, making her a contender for the title of the world’s smallest dog. Her owner, Kim Passero, said Lulu may be small, but she’s full of spirit. “She is probably the sauciest dog I’ve ever had,” Passero shared.
