Sir Keir Starmer says he's convinced Donald Trump "does want lasting peace" in Ukraine, despite pausing aid to the war-torn country. The prime minister said we must put Ukraine "in the strongest possible position" for peace talks, or to fight on if necessary, adding that he wants the US, Kyiv, and Europe "on the same page".
