Jodie Comer has been cast in the lead role of the upcoming HBO limited series “ The Chain .” The series was originally announced in January under creator Damon Lindelof’s overall deal with HBO. “The Chain” is based on the book of the same name by Adrian McKinty. HBO has given the show an eight-episode order.
