A customer has trashed the opening of a new Dunkin’ Donuts in South Los Angeles — which she refers to as “the hood” in a viral post — for its set up that doesn’t allow customers inside the building. To order from the new doughnut spot at Manchester Boulevard and South Figueroa Street, customers must drive through or use a touch screen terminal and pick up their food and drinks from a service window. The store opened in early April.
