Singapore will host the FIBA 3x3 basketball World Cup for the first time in 2027. The qualifiers will also be held at the Singapore Sports Hub in 2026. This is as Sport Singapore and the world basketball governing body announced an extension of their partnership - beyond hosting just the Asia Cup. They hope to grow this small-sided game format within the local sports community through these events. Nadine Yeam reports.
