South Korea’s election chief steps down over ballot paper shortages

The head of South Korea's election agency is resigning to take responsibility for polling stations running out of ballot papers during local elections on Wednesday. Some voters were left waiting for hours while some left without casting their vote, sparking a public outcry. The ruling Democratic Party says it will push for a parliamentary inquiry.
