The U.S. Education Department (ED) said Monday it was ending agreements made by previous administrations with five school districts that protected transgender students from discrimination . In a statement shared Monday afternoon, the ED said it was ending the "illegal and burdensome enforcement" of Title IX regulations at the districts in Delaware, Washington, Pennsylvania and California, which were set up under Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden. The change also applied to Taft College in
