Dean Andrews’ character was finally exposed for his plan to take down his wife, despite him having changed his mind days earlier. But as Kim vowed they were over moments after their vow renewal, disaster struck as Will suddenly collapsed. Kim didn't seem convinced though, as she stared confused as her partner hit the floor after clutching his chest. As he begged for her to
