The Italian Ambassador to Argentina, Fabrizio Nicoletti, presided today at his residence over a ceremony commemorating the 81st anniversary of the Liberation from Nazi-Fascist occupation.     On the occasion, Nicoletti laid a laurel wreath accompanied by embassy officials and staff.
