Donald Trump claimed a near-victory in the Iran conflict during a White House address last night that sent oil prices soaring and global stocks sliding. Shortly after his speech, Brent crude oil surged 5% to $106 a barrel. 'The Strait will open up naturally,' Trump claimed. 'It will just open up naturally.'
