Households across England are facing new rules for bin collections today, with major changes coming into force. Properties across the country face a £400 fine if they don't follow the latest update. Up to four separate bins are being rolled out for different kinds of waste. Most homes could now need up to four bins or containers as waste will be collected separately. From Tuesday, March 31, waste collectors in England must collect the following items separately: Plastic film packaging and
