Bangkok-based Mbrella Films has commenced production on its inaugural American feature, the thriller “ Blood on the Ice ,” which is currently shooting on location in central Illinois. The project, co-produced with IB Films, is helmed by director Justin Hayward and produced by Adam Pray. Kelli Garner (“The Aviator,” “Lars and the Real Girl”) leads the cast, joined by Jake Connelly (“Stranger Things”) and former Chicago Bears defensive end Israel Idonije.
