Moscow Says No Sign Yet From Bulgaria to Restore Dialogue With Russia

The Russian Foreign Ministry said that there are currently no signs from Sofia indicating a willingness to restore normal bilateral dialogue with Moscow, despite the recent formation of a new Bulgarian government. Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova made the statement in response to media questions, including whether contacts between the two countries had resumed following political changes in Bulgaria.
