A suspect has been charged with murder after an "innocent" mum was shot dead outside a bar in Sheffield city centre. Jemele Rhone, 30, has been charged with the murder of 30-year-old Shanice Brookes following a shooting outside the One Four One bar in the early hours of Monday morning. South Yorkshire Police said the shooting followed an altercation in the street, during which Ms Brookes was an "innocent bystander". Despite the best efforts of paramedics, the charity worker and mum of a boy
