Lionsgate has picked up “Tortures of the Damned,” the next horror project from “ Terrifier ’s” Damien Leone. The studio and filmmakers are keeping the plot under wraps, but given that Leone is the demented mind behind Art the Clown, it’s a pretty safe bet the bodies will pile up. Leone, a master of micro-budgeted genre films, is getting a bigger canvas to play on here.
