President Volodymyr Zelensky commented on Russia’s overnight attack on Ukraine. Russian missiles and drones struck major cities on April 16, destroying homes, setting buildings on fire, and killing civilians. At least 17 people were killed and more than 100 injured in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Odesa.
