Following the press releases of February 26, 2025 , August 1, 2025 and August 4, 2025 , prosecutors from the Criminal Investigation Section of the Prosecutor's Office of the High Court of Cassation and Justice ordered the arraignment of 22 defendants: a defendant ( sentenced in another case ) for the offenses of conspiracy to attempt to commit actions against the constitutional order and communicating false information , in continuous form (two material acts) one defendant (remanded in custody
