Antalya, 15 May - Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon expressed hope that Russo-Ukrainian talks, set to start today, would lead to a breakthrough, as she arrived for the second day of proceedings of a NATO ministerial in Antalya on Thursday. Commenting on Slovenia's plan to boost defence spending, she said the country would not give up its peacemaking foreign policy.
