A Ukrainian drone attack on the Russian-occupied Crimean Peninsula has left at least four people dead and 28 others injured, the territory's Russia-backed authorities said Sunday.  Videos circulating on social media showed a major fuel depot on fire in Crimea. Sergey Aksyonov, the Moscow-appointed governor in Crimea, announced that fuel sales at Crimean gas stations would be halted on Sunday, with fuel only to be sold to state-run companies.  Crimea is internationally-recognized Ukrainian
