Warming waters and shrinking sea ice in the Arctic are opening up new shipping lanes and access to vast natural resources. It's sparked a race for influence in the High North where the US, Russia and China are vying to expand their presence. But navigating these icy waters requires specialised ships known as icebreakers. Finland is emerging as a global leader in building them. William Denselow reports from Helsinki.
