Rumen Radev ’s “ Progressive Bulgaria ” expects to have a regular government in place by mid-May, with the focus immediately shifting to urgent institutional and financial issues, party representative Ivan Demerdzhiev said in a television interview. The statement comes just days after the early parliamentary elections, in which Progressive Bulgaria won a decisive victory and secured 131 seats in the new National Assembly. The result gives the party enough support to form a government on its own,
