A ministerial court on Tuesday dropped a case against Justice Minister Carlo Nordio, Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi and Cabinet Secretary Alfredo Mantovano in relation to Njeem Osama Almasri, a Libyan general accused of crimes against humanity who was first arrested and then released and repatriated by Italian authorities.     The tribunal of minister's move was automatic after the Lower House earlier this month rejected its request to try the three officials by a more than two-to-one
