Once a heartthrob of the nineties, John Alford had it all, but now he's died behind bars just months after becoming a convicted paedophile. Charged under his birth name John Shannon, the ex-actor was found guilty of sexually assaulting two teenage girls, aged 14 and 15, at a mate's house in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, in April 2022. Alford, 54, hailing from Holloway, north London, was found guilty at trial in September last year. He was seen burying his head in his hands and yelled "wrong, I didn'
