People who have had Covid could be at greater risk of developing one form of cancer, according to a new study. Findings suggest that those who had severe Covid-19 had a 24 per cent higher risk of developing the disease. Researcher said the increased risk of getting lung cancer was found to be the case even after accounting for smoking and other known risk factors.
