Senators push to declare Russia a state sponsor of terrorism over missing Ukrainian children

A bipartisan group of senators is proposing a bill to designate Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism due to reports of Russian authorities abducting Ukrainian children and training them to fight for the Russian army. Ukraine says that more than 19,500 children have been abducted or forcibly displaced into Russia since the invasion on Feb. 24, 2022. "They have kidnapped, we think, 19,546 Ukrainian children," Sen. Lindsey Graham said. "Russia has earned the right to be on this list." Read more:
