Prime Minister Lawrence Wong says Singapore can act as the bridge and a gateway for countries like Australia and New Zealand to deepen their engagement with ASEAN. He adds that these multiple partnerships also fulfil Singapore's broader strategic objectives in upholding a rules-based global system.
