Mrs Shereen Aziz Williams never expected to build a life overseas much less in a place she knew next to nothing about. Twenty years on however, she's not only thriving in her new home but also giving back and injecting a bit of Singapore into her work.  These days when the high sheriff of Gwent in southeast Wales attends formal events she shows up dressed in a kebaya.
