The Trump administration has been blocked from making any payments before a judge can hear arguments in the case. A federal judge has temporarily halted the creation of President Donald Trump ’s “Anti-Weaponization Fund” to prevent it from making payouts before the court can hear arguments in the case next week. The case was brought by a group including Andrew Floyd, a former federal prosecutor who said he was fired for his work on cases related to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
