'No' vote wins justice reform referendum

The 'No' vote won a referendum on the government's justice reform by about 54% to 46%, according to almost final results. The reform separates the career paths of judges and prosecutors so they can no longer swap between the roles, creates a high court to discipline members of the judiciary, splits the judiciary's self-governing body, the CSM, into two and changes the way CSM justices are elected, using a draw process.
