ISTANBUL  South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun said on Monday that Seoul will seriously consider ways to help Ukraine rebuild after the war, Yonhap News reported. Cho made the remarks during his first phone conversation with his Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, in which the two discussed bilateral relations and the regional situation.
