Prime Minister Lawrence Wong has called for countries to uphold international law and the rules-based order, amid more volatile geopolitics. He was speaking at the ASEAN-Russia Commemorative Summit in Kazan. Mr Wong also exchanged views on bilateral relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Both leaders also discussed regional and international developments.
