Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Republican Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas has announced he will not seek re-election next year, ending his more than 20-year run in Congress. McCaul announced his intention Sunday on ABC News' This Week . "It's been an honor to serve for over two decades in Congress," he said. "I'm looking now for a new challenge." The former federal prosecutor and deputy attorney general of the state of Texas has represented the Lone Star State's 10th Congressional District since 2005. During
