(20 Dec 1998) Russian/Nat Russian Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov said during the start of a three-day visit to India that his country was satisfied U-S and British air strikes against Iraq were over. But he expressed concern they could be renewed adding Russia categorically opposes the use of force to solve the dispute. This was going to be an official visit by the Russian President Boris Yeltsin, but he cancelled after falling ill. So his Prime Minister, Yevgeny Primakov, came instead.
