ISTANBUL Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday that neither Russia nor China has carried out any nuclear tests. Earlier this month, the US accused Beijing of conducting a secret nuclear test in 2020 as it called for a new, broader arms control treaty that would include both China and Russia. "We have heard many references to certain tests. Both the Russian Federation and China have been mentioned in this regard,” state news agency Tass reported, citing Peskov. “Neither the Russian
