Romania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) announced that Romanian authorities have declared the military, air, and naval attaché of the Russian Federation in Bucharest, Alexander Chuprina, as well as his deputy, Evgheni Ignatiev, persona non grata on Romanian territory.
