(28 Aug 1997) Russian/Eng/Nat Russian space officials are examining pictures filmed during last week's space walk into the damaged section of the Mir space station for any information that could help the cosmonauts with repairs. A spacewalk outside the ageing station is planned for next week. As well as attempting to patch holes in the station's skin the cosmonauts will install a backup system for removing carbon dioxide.
