Russia’s Largest Private Oil Company Demands a Bailout

Lukoil, Russia’s largest private oil company, has asked Moscow for a bailout that it believes it is due thanks to sanctions stemming from the state’s nearly four-year-old invasion of Ukraine, and the ensuing nosedive of oil prices around the globe.
