ISTANBUL Russia to ban gasoline exports by domestic producers starting April 1, state news agency Tass reported on Friday, citing two sources familiar with the matter. According to the report, the measure was adopted after a meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, industry ministries and oil companies and will remain in effect until July 31. Novak later said the measure aims to stabilize prices and ensure priority fuel supplies for the domestic market, preventing costs from
